First off, we hope y’all had a wonderful 4th of July. Now’s the time for all of us to admit that our cheat days might have gone a little too far (but we won’t tell). After all, nothing screams “American Independence” more than the freedom to overindulge without giving a single flying f***.

The key to being a bodybuilder, or enhancing your physique, in general, is to lift those heavy ass weights. If you can show up and put in the effort, you will see results, but it will take time. The key is consistency. Consistent hard work in life will take you anywhere you want to go.

We’re sure many of you are familiar with $1 microwavable noodles, as it’s what is getting most of you through college currently. These noodles are meant to be cheap, and the unfortunate consequence is that they lack in the flavor department. The dried seasoning packets can only do so much, which is why we’re going to let you in on some not-so-secret secrets to spice up your microwave ramen, and by we I mean renowned fitness influencer Noel Deyzel with his own high protein ramen recipe.
